Reiki in my practices.

Reiki in my practices.

Reiki is an unconventional care method of Japanese origin, based on so-called “energetic” care by laying on of hands.

Reiki is the harmonization between our own energy and the universal energy that surrounds us.

Reiki is never dangerous, it adapts to the needs of the recipient.

Reiki:
- ATgain extra energy which
re-harmonizes and revitalizes the body.
-Reduces stress, calms and deeply relaxes. Promotes relaxation, provides peace, joy and serenity.
- Relieves pain.
-Stimulates the body's self-regulating and self-healing processes.
- Strengthens the recovery capacities after a trauma.
- Corrects physical and emotional imbalances by releasing the original causes of emotional blockages written in cellular memory.
- Eliminates toxins, purifies, strengthens the organs.
-Strengthens the immune system.
- Optimizes the effectiveness of medical treatment.
-Adapts to the real needs of the receiver.
-Facilitates concentration.
- Acts on animals, plants.
- Acts on the planet.
- Repairs trauma of the past when undertaking long-term work.
It was a Japanese man by the name of Mikao Usui (1865 to 1926) who formulated the basis for what was to become Reiki in Japan in the early twentieth century.

The word REIKI is of Japanese origin.
REI represents one of the aspects of the universal energy of the Living, present in everything and designates the Celestial aspect: subtle, invisible.

The KI syllable is better known in the martial arts community. KI is the internal energy of every human being.
REI - KI is therefore the principle that allows us to connect our own energy to the abundance of Universal energy.

In a Reiki session, the practitioner channels universal energy and, using esoteric symbols and sacred sounds, transmits it by placing his hands on different parts of the patient's body.

The hands do not have to come into direct contact with the patient's body. Power transmission could even be done remotely. Universal energy would also have its "own intelligence", which would allow it to both go exactly where the patient needs it, and not cause any unwanted side effects.

The practitioner's personal energy is never supposed to intervene in the process.
